I kept on getting 2 refresh rate lines, coming down my screen, I tried a high end LCD and a CRT monitor and both had the same refresh rate lines coming down, the image quality was terrible (grainy). The price was appealing, but they are terrible cables.

I ended up going to the local store and buying the Microsoft VGA HD cables and have never been happier.

Intec is not responding to e-mails (apparently these cables have a lifetime warranty..HA!!)

I would sugged buying the Microsoft VGA cables instead and don't waste your time (as others have suggested)

(More customer reviews)The VGA Cable worked just fine.We pulled off a tournament and utilized lcd monitors.I would recommend this product to anyone.Purchased 8 units and the only thing negative I can say is that all 8 of the adapters were not included in packaging.Amazon filled this order and IMO failed to include it when packing my order.We needed it for a tournament so their solution of sending everything back then getting a credit, then yes re-ordering product would not work.

This is a review of the VGA Cable- so i give it high marks...quality of cable was better than expected, and it worked flawlessly.

(More customer reviews)At first, there was some ghosting, but after a couple days. it's now perfect. Crystal Clear video on my monitor.
You just plug the VGA connection into the monitor. My monitor has speakers built in, so I plugged the audio cable in a TADA.. it worked.

(More customer reviews)The reason that I ended up buying the VGA cable was due to the fact that the component signal (both 720p and 1080i) is subject to overscan.This means that the screen "zooms in" slighty so that you are sure to see a complete picture with no black or static edges.This is a problem though with the Xbox 360 because it ends up cropping the image.For example, the HUD in GRAW is cutoff on the corners when using the component cables.This really bothered me so I gave the VGA a try and viola!

I can now go into the dashboard settings and specify 1360 x 768 which closely matches my LCD's native resolution of 1368 x 768.Thus, I am able to see the whole screen without any overscan/cropping.The only downside is that the overall image gets "washed out" when using the VGA cable.However, this is not really a big deal because most of the newer games (GRAW, Oblivion) have an in-game setting for brightness which you can turn down to eliminate the washed out look.

Lastly, I have the Samsung LNR238W and there is NO ghosting issues when using the VGA cable.
