(More customer reviews)I recently went on a business trip to another country and "popped" my original power supply due to a faulty voltage converter.Luckily I was smart enough not to plug it into the Xbox 360 so my system was safe.Came home and purchased the Intec as a replacement.Within a few days I got the three blinking red lights and the error code indicates a faulty power supply.I tested a friend's original power supply and that worked fine, so now my Intec is just a big huge paperweight.Wasted money.

This cord will NOT fit as it doesn't have the notch on the end that plugs into the brick. The description needs to be updated to reflect this issue so that people don't mistakenly order the wrong part thinking it wil fit their console.

(More customer reviews)I'm a soldier in Iraq and I bought 3 of these, one for use and 2 more extras just in case of surges.None of them work now. Two didn't work when I plugged them in for the first time after being in my footlocker and the one I did use broke suddenly after being plugged into a surge protector. I do NOT recommend this product at all. Buy the one that microsoft makes to avoid any problems.

(More customer reviews)Although I did not purchase this from Amazon, this is the same device I purchased elsewhere, which came from Cables Unlimited.The device was a bit flaky for around 6 mo, casing random power issues.The fan was also very noisy and the device would get very hot.Then if finally caused my XBox to shut down in the middle of play, and I noticed the power brick was very hot, more so than usual.It turns out it was so hot it started melting the plastic casing.It deformed the case, and I have since stopped using the device as I like my home and would like to avoid burning it down.

Stay away from this product.

(More customer reviews)I got lucky when I showed up to country because the guy that lived in the CHU before me left his xbox 360.The catch?He burned out the power supply by plugging it straight into a 220v...ouch!Ordered this baby, got a power converter, and from there it was plug and play.Product works great, its basically the same one that originally comes with the 360's.No hiccups as of yet and I've had it for a couple of days.If you need a new power supply, I recommend this one for sure.
