(More customer reviews)Unit is VERY noticeably quieter and smaller than the Intercooler Ex. Auto on/off function is great, that way the 360 starts up quiet and as you play games turns on as needed. Great improvement over the EX.
EDIT: After using this for the last week I wish I could take the review up another star. The TS is actually keeping the entire 360 cool to the touch, even the games are now coming out at room temp instead of on fire. And like I said before, the sound is WAYYY less than the EX, not a whole lot louder than a computer.
EDIT: Pushing 5 months and absolutely no problem with my 360...gets used daily and is working like a charm :)
