(More customer reviews)This product did not work as advertised.The 3.5mm jacks fit securely, but the connector that plugs into the xbox remote wiggles around and does not make contact properly.I get static when it connects and disconnects, so instead of playing my games with my friends, I end up saying "Can you hear me, can you hear me." over and over.I went back to the OEM xbox 360 headset since it actually works, just isn't comfortable.
