(More customer reviews)I was a little leery when I decided to order this product because it seemed too good and easy to be able to actually fix my problems. I did not have the RROD, but I had lost all video and only had audio.

Needless to say this product really works, and is incredibly easy to install. After taking the time to thoroughly read the instructions that were supplied and doing the alternative bake method which took a little longer, my Xbox works like it did out of the box new.

In addition to the instructions supplied, there is a website to contact the seller if you are having issues; they can help you further and answer any questions if you are having issues getting your Xbox to work. I am very impressed and will tell all of my friends about this product if they ever have the RROD.
