(More customer reviews)The product works with 512 MB memory cards, and it works with Vista.You have to download an update already mentioned in a previous review from the maker's web site.It saves the complete image of a memory card and restores it the same way.I'm only interested in making copies of my own saves because some day that 360 hard drive is going to fail.It works just fine for that purpose, but they should have included the necessary software with it.
