(More customer reviews)I received it in timely manner and was very happy with the speed of the delivery, however after three weeks it stopped working correctly and won't start. Luckily, Microsoft will fix any Xbox with the Red Ring hardware problem for free if it is less than three years old so I'm still good.
The seller contacted me and was very friendly and courteous and offered a partial refund. As the Xbox was working when I received it, there was no way they would have known it would break after a few weeks. I was unknowingly sold a faulty product, yes, but they made up for it with their excellent service.
