(More customer reviews)If you are trying to migrate your data from your old drive to your new Xbox 360 or drive none of he 3rd party cables will work to do it directly. The official Microsoft cable is now sold separately and is only $15 from the Microsoft store.
With the official cable all you do is plug it in and turn on the console and you will get a message that the extra drive has been detected and give you an option to transfer the data.
If you want to do it "manually" you can individually move files with a flash drive but may encounter problems moving DRM protected content which will "just work"(tm) using the official Microsoft transfer cable.
